Buble's "Call Me Irresponsible" is a wonderful collection filled with genuine gems. He clearly idolizes Frank Sinatra and excels on "That's Life" with a snappy arrangement, "I've been up and down and over and out & I know one thing, each time I find myself flat on my face, I get myself up & get back in the race." And it's not only the cover songs that propel the album; similarly to how the Bubl-penned ballad "Home" defined the tone of It's Time, his dazzling melodic pop original "Everything" contributes to making Call Me Irresponsible a really welcome pop album by any measure. This CD was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Album in 2007.
