Ice Fishing Competition Stardew Valley

The Luau is an annual celebration held in the summer. Everything you need to know about the venue, events, and potluck soup is right here! Stardew Valley is brimming with events and festivals. The yearly Luau is one of the celebrations. You'll get the opportunity to connect with the locals of Pelican Town and contribute to the community soup during the Luau.

Contest fish are not considered "caught" until the animation depicting the fish returning to the player is done. It is possible to capture the fifth fish right before the timer expires (with the bar indicating a "perfect" catch) and yet lose the contest due to the fifth fish not completing its flight animation.

The basement is one of the better expansions to get during or just before the winter in Stardew Valley. It adds an entire room of barrels for players to mature wine and cheese, significantly boosting the quality and hence the selling price. Even though Spirit's Eve has passed, this event maintains the frost in the air and marks the start of Stardew Valley's biggest month in terms of celebrations.

The fishing competition is the Festival of Ice's centerpiece. If you are able to capture more fish than the villagers, you will get a few gifts.
