The Reddcoats' self-titled first album was released in 2021. He was scheduled to perform on the Electric Light Orchestra's Zoom Tour Live in 2001, with his brother Matt on bass. After one broadcast performance at CBS Television City on PBS, the tour was canceled. Gregg began playing double drums with Ringo Starr in his band Ringo and The Roundheads in 2003.
