To download photos, right-click on the image and choose "Save Picture As...". Additionally, you may just add a photo on your desktop. This is accomplished by right-clicking the picture and selecting "Set as Background." Alternatively, click the "Download..." option to save the image to your computer, or just click the left mouse button on the image.
