The show's plot centers on Y«ri Katsuki, who carried all of Japan's dreams for victory in the Gran Prix Finale ice skating competition, but ultimately fell short. He returns to Kyushu and is torn between wanting to retire and continuing ice skating. With those conflicting emotions surging within him, he retreats to his parents' home.
