Lego Star Wars The Clone Wars Sets 2021

Michael Lee Stockwell, the design manager for Lego Star Wars, described why building playsets based on new programs and movies is more challenging than designing vehicles. Michael Lee Stockwell stated, referring to a LEGO set based on The Mandalorian, âWe were fascinated in [the Armourerâs forge] from the first season, but we didnât know enough about the context,â and added, âWe didnât know enough about what was going around this. That is one of the primary distinctions between creating a ship and a playset like this, since a ship is often simpler to comprehend." [5] The creators of Lego Star Wars indicated that the Mandalorian Starfighter (set 75316) is an excellent illustration of how they choose which sets to make. Jens Kronvold Frederiksen, Creative Lead for Lego Star Wars, noted, âIf something is exposed in more locations, it has a greater chance of becoming popular,â and added, âWe did the same thing with Clone Wars merchandise. We've always believed that the greatest collection would include [vehicles] from both the prequel films and The Clone Wars, [since] that way, we'd make more people happy." [6]

A Synopsis of the LEGO Star Wars 2021 New Releases

The majority of new releases are rather unspectacular and, in particular, uninteresting for Sammler who have been around for a while. To bring two X-Wing fighters (in distinct configurations) to market concurrently would undoubtedly generate little interest among mature consumers, just as the reissue of the classic TIE Fighter did. Both the X-Wing and the TIE Fighter are much smaller than their predecessors. Among the Microfighters, only the Tauntaun is new; the Millennium Falcon and AT-AT were already available (although in somewhat different configurations). Immerhin das Imperial Shuttle gab es seit 2015 nicht anymore, in der Neuauflage wurde das Set aber ebenfalls etwas geschrumpft and ist dafür günstiger.

Todd Elhart: Because early 8-bit games had such primitive visuals, game box art began as drawings of something you partly imagined. However, as visuals have improved significantly over the previous few of console generations, game box art has increasingly evolved to resemble the real gaming experience. And we're seeing an increase in the number of boxes that indicate how you feel about the experience, rather than simply how the game appears. I believe we are in the camp of using this box to convey your feelings regarding Darth Vader. It's a purposely pared-down picture designed to elicit an emotional reaction from those who grew up with the Star Wars galaxy. However, we attempt to expand on that by exposing the guy behind the mask. Thus, I suppose we are another little step in that history, and we will have to wait and watch what occurs when new generations continue to modify things.
