In terms of design preference, I'm going to give it to Leon. I've always like his design, and he's been my favorite captain since his inception, only being exceeded by Mereoleona and Jack. ; a combat between Nozel and Fuegoleon prior to Leon's incapacitation is a difficult topic to answer. Nozel's magic is highly versatile in terms of utility, offensive, and defense, although I would argue Leon's is more potent in direct offense. They were always regarded adversarial opponents and held each other in high regard, so I'd give them each a 50-50 chance. I'd also agree that contemporary Leon is a level above his sister.
